Now that I’ve officially washed my mouth out with soap, we can proceed. (Kidding!)

The NFL Network ran a special presentation tonight about Patriots’ coach Bill Belichick. It’s a two-part series that looks at the life of one of the most successful coaches in NFL history. When I say “life” I mean football-life because that is the title of the program: ‘Bill Belichick: A Football Life’. A Patriots’ blogger’s review here.

He seems like a bit of a complex man. Secretive, if you will, when it comes to his team. Brilliant in-game planning. To a certain extent, paranoid, in his dealings with the media. Granted, I am not a Patriots fan so I don’t hear from/about him on a daily basis like those in the New England area. My suppositions could be way off base. But after reading some of the Twitterverse reaction to Part 1 airing tonight, I’m guessing I’m not too far off base. Here’s the Twitterverse reaction from media, athletes & fans:




Sure these are satirical Twitter accounts. But you have to admit that these tweets, in relation to Bill Belichick, are pretty funny.
