Spanning the Twitterverse to bring you the constant variety of tweets…the thrill of the retweet…and the agony of the unfollow…the human drama of the twitter timeline..This is           CadChica’s Wide World of Tworts

FOLLOWER UPDATE

@TealBunB6971 followers yesterday / 7598 followers tonight

@juanagudelo17: 6739 followers yesterday / 7851 tonight

So what do we have here? Mr. Bunbury’s lead last night has given way to the youngster who as of right now has a 253 follower lead. Will young Mr. Agudelo be able to hang on until the end? How loyal are soccer fans on Twitter? Will they push both players over the 10,000 mark before Saturday? Let’s see what Twitter had to say:

NFL

Anyone who was on Twitter today and loves sports knows how active the Twitterverse was regarding the NFL labor dispute. Judge Susan Nelson ruled yesterday that “the league must lift its lockout” thereby providing players with opportunity to report to ‘work’ today. Given the context of this blog, this one made the most sense:

TWEET OF THE DAY

Mariners win. Mariners win. Theeeeeeee Mariners win. Okay, radio broadcaster I am not. But yes the Mariners did beat the Detroit Tigers tonight 7-3. However, earlier in the day, there was this tweet that made me chuckle. The question should be asked: Did they lose their passion because they were with the Mariners? (You know you were thinking it),
